Community
We offer on and offline community calls and meet-ups.
From pregnancy onwards, whether you are still breastfeeding or not, these meet-ups are a place to get together and share our journeys as women and mothers.
There is no age limit, motherhood is an ever expanding experience! It's your personal journey and your wellbeing as a mother that matter here.
Why?
Human Milk was founded to inform every woman, and our communities, about how incredible our milk and bodies are.
We're complementing now this by offering community meet-ups, on and off-line. These calls and events are spaces to explore what womanhood and motherhood mean to us as individuals, be held when we need support, and navigate the small and big changes together. These are not breastfeeding support groups, but we can signpost you, so do ask if you need help.
We see how many of us struggle through our transition into motherhood (in fact, Charlotte and Human Milk Founder Claire both do what they do because of what they went through themselves).
Many of us feel insecure, exhausted, alone, and even if you're doing great, few of us know where to turn to get the community and company we need to get us through in one piece!
It takes a village. Let's build a global one!

Who?
The online calls are lead by our Community and Events Director, experienced Leadership Coach, birth practitioner and Mother of two Charlotte Gouyette.
Charlotte works with women in many sectors to help them navigate life's challenges and changes, and find clarity and confidence. She is from the UK, currently based in Lisbon, Portugal. Some sessions will also include guest speakers, and of course, you.
Our Bristol meet-ups are hosted by our founder Claire and our Photographer Jennifer Grace, who is also a qualified breastfeeding counsellor.
