From pregnancy onwards, whether you are still breastfeeding or not, we invite you to join our online community calls and in-person meet-ups. These are spaces to get together and share our journeys as women and mothers, so that nobody journeys alone.
Come as you are. Your story, your wellbeing, and your connection to a caring community are all that matter here.

Our in person meet-ups are currently held in our home town, Bristol. Come and get waited on in a beautiful, friendly, relaxing setting that's all about you. In time, we plan to host these meet-ups all over the place.

Human Milk was founded to inform every woman, and everyone around us, about how incredible our milk and bodies are.
But however incredible we really are, many of us feel insecure, exhausted and alone in early motherhood, and even if you're doing ok, few of us know where to turn to get the company we need to get through in one piece!
So we've thrown our doors open, to offer community meet-ups, on and off-line. These are spaces to just "be", and explore what womanhood and motherhood mean to you as individuals, be held when you need support, and navigate the small and big changes together.
These are not breastfeeding support groups, but we can signpost you, so do ask if you need help.
Who's it with?
The online calls are lead by our Community and Events Director, Leadership Coach, birth practitioner and Mother of two, Charlotte Gouyette.
Our Bristol meet-ups are hosted by our founder Claire, with Jennie joining when life with 4 young kids allows. You can read more about us on the About Page.
