Poster "The Tree of Life" - Composition of human milk

Drawn by our Founder Claire Tchaikowski during her toddler's nap times for the 2016 Bristol Food Connections Festival, this tree details all the known components of human milk.

Originally a 7ft by 9ft charcoal and ink drawing now on permanent loan at St Michael's Hospital in Bristol, the artwork was scanned one section at a time and puzzled back together digitally to offer these lovely prints on thick, fine Art quality paper.

Please note: Human Milk Oligosaccharides (HMOs) are missing from the drawing. Also please note that some words printed at A2 size are very small to read.
